Sliced from a Cow in a slaughtering house.
Red, Cold and Bloody.
It's nothing by itself.
No difference from a moulded bread.
It's for us to do something to change it.
Giving it a nice flavor, improving its appearance.
Changing it's fate with each decision we make.
Every decision changes the Future.
Look at that slice of Beef.
Is it a Rib-Eye, Chuck or Tenderloin?
Each part has it's own way of cooking.
Therefore, further enhance its taste.
Know yourself well.
Only yourself know your Strength and Weakness.
Develop your Strength, Improve your Talents.
Find ways to cover up those Weaknesses.
Plan each slice carefully.
Big or small, thick or thin.
It's volume brings out its significance.
Whether is it a Main Course, or an Appetizer.
Just like how you priorities things.
Putting more effort on what's important.
Knowing that's what you want people to see.
Letting people you, that's who you want to be.
Develop its taste.
Nothing taste good without some marination.
A sprinkle of Freshly Grounded Pepper.
A few drops on Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
A squash of Lemon Juice.
Everything need some spicing up.
Learn a new sport perhaps.
Or get to know more people.
Leaving it as it is, doesn't help.
You'll be at the same spot, forever.
With no improvement, you're no different from others.
How should it be Grilled?
Raw, Medium or Well Done.
Raw could be a little chewy.
But Well Done seems a bit too hard.
Medium could be just right.
Your doings changes the path you're taking.
Trying too hard, might get things over done.
Putting little effort is no difference from doing nothing.
Find the degree where things are just right.
It takes numerous tries to get it right.
There's no such thing as One Shot, know it All.
Just a Steak seems a little dull.
Try including some Side Dish like Baked Potatoes.
Or maybe Tossed Salad, a healthy diet.
A unique sauce would support the taste.
No one can struggle through alone.
Everyone needs a Partner, to support each other.
Friends, to fill up the emptiness.
Making you feel wholesome.
Just like everything else, Presentation is important.
Giving an idea what type of Cuisine they are having.
A nice Presentation would definitely attract others to it.
Present yourself well.
You might have put in a lot of effort in your goals.
However, you won't be recognized with a bad image.
No one hires a Chef with bad hygiene.
Neither would anyone hire Designer who dress shabbily.
What's outside might be important, but what's inside is crucial.
Distrusting anyone who is dishonest.
Ignoring whoever is ignorant.
Your steak is presented for everyone's tasting.
Delicious as it might be,
It might not be the case for everyone.
Not everyone has the same taste buds.
Ask around for opinions and suggestion.
Who knows, it might taste really bad to someone.
For anything you have done,
Always ask for opinions.
May it be a harsh comment or a compliment.
That's how you further improve yourself.
Without it, you'll never know how you're doing.
